The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding framework governing all interactions, engagements, and exposures between the audience, listener, or participant (collectively, the “Listener”) and the musical entity known as The Fine Print (the “Provider”). By attending performances, streaming recordings, acquiring materials, or otherwise engaging with any output produced by the Provider, the Listener hereby acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms in full, without limitation or qualification, whether such terms are consciously perceived or subconsciously absorbed.

All compositions, arrangements, and performances are delivered as integrated constructs composed of groove-driven passages, art-rock interplay, and dynamically evolving rhythmic frameworks, wherein percussive and harmonic elements function as both structural anchors and vehicles of propulsion. Within these constructs exist layered instrumental dialogues and counterpoints, designed to establish tension, release, and transitional ambiguity. The Listener acknowledges that such interplay may not conform to conventional expectations of genre, structure, or resolution, and agrees to engage with the material accordingly.

Further embedded within the Provider’s output are lyrically driven, subtextual narratives, which are not intended to function as explicit declarations but rather as interpretive frameworks requiring active cognitive engagement. Said narratives may be obscured, fragmented, or nonlinear in nature, and may reveal meaning incrementally over time. The Listener assumes full responsibility for any effort undertaken to decode, interpret, or assign significance to such content, including but not limited to repeated listening, contextual analysis, or subjective projection.

The Provider incorporates synthesized textures and tonal manipulations that introduce psychedelic tendencies, including but not limited to spatial distortion, temporal dilation, and perceptual layering. The Listener acknowledges that such elements may alter the perceived structure or emotional resonance of the material and agrees that the Provider shall bear no liability for any cognitive, emotional, or perceptual effects arising therefrom, whether temporary or enduring.

All performances and recordings are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and are subject to variation, reinterpretation, and spontaneous modification without prior notice. No guarantee is made regarding consistency between live performances, studio recordings, or subsequent iterations of any composition. The Listener expressly waives any expectation of uniformity, predictability, or replication.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or existential impacts arising from engagement with its material, including but not limited to misinterpretation, overanalysis, emotional disturbance, or unintended inspiration. The Listener further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider against any claims arising from personal conclusions, reactions, or actions taken as a result of such engagement.

By proceeding beyond initial exposure, the Listener affirms an understanding that meaning may not be immediately accessible, that structure may not be immediately apparent, and that resolution may not be explicitly provided. The Listener agrees to operate within a framework in which rhythm serves as foundation, texture as environment, and implication as message, and acknowledges that the most significant terms, conditions, and meanings may reside not in the overt presentation, but within the fine print.
